1) download any version of lcg-xplore
2) in the c:// drive, u wil find a folder named 'video config'. There u finds a file 'R engineuser.cgf' Click on 'edit' aftr selecting it
3) there set the value for 'maximum udp port integer' to 1000000
4) do the same (set the same value) for min udp port, gprs max bandwidth integer, gprs sustain bandwidth integer, egprs max and sustain bandw integer etc
5) finally go for a 3g channel address like 'rtsp://....QVGA.sdp'
rtsp://10.2.216.228:554/ASIANET_QVGA.sdp
replace ASIANET with other channels..
